1. Linked or Standalone Credit Notes

  • Linked: Issue credit notes to cancel invoices, e.g., when learners withdraw from a Course or Unit,
  • Standalone: Generate standalone credit notes to issue adjustments, discount coupons, or incentives for future enrolments. Apply credit notes to existing or future invoices.

2. Automatic emailing

  • When a credit note is issued, debtors receive an email with a link to view the credit note.

3. Document Accessibility

  • Debtors can view the credit note via the provided link.
  • Debtors can download the credit note as a PDF.
