Invoices

The Invoice feature in Wisenet gives you more flexibility with how you can customise your invoices with your own branding and how to better manage viewing of payment details, and processing of online payments. All achieved from Wisenet LRM.

When the Debtor receives an invoice via email, they can open the invoice link from the email content on any internet connected device – desktop, tablet or smartphone in order to view and pay the invoice.

A digital copy of the invoice can also be downloaded as PDF if required by the Debtor.

Who is a Debtor

An invoice Debtor can be:

  • A Learner
  • A Workplace

Both Learners and Workplaces are added to Wisenet before you can select either one as a debtor to issue an invoice against.

How to Search, View and Manage Invoices

The Invoices page in Wisenet allows you to view and manage all invoices that have been created in Wisenet through Stripe or Pay-Gate payment pathway.
