What's New
The redesigned Bulk Update experience is now available across all list pages, giving you a more consistent and efficient way to update multiple records.
We have also added support for clearing field values during bulk updates, making it easier to remove information when required without needing to update records individually.
The bulk update experience has been improved across the Learners > Unit Enrolments list and Selected Course Enrolment > Unit Enrolments page. All available fields are now displayed with checkboxes for quick selection, reducing the steps needed to update multiple records.
We have also simplified the confirmation process. Instead of typing to confirm, you can now review your changes and apply them with a single confirmation checkbox.
Following recent changes in Australian regulation, Wisenet’s SMS capabilities have been expanded to give your organisation more control.
Through our partnership with MessageMedia, you can now connect an account and register a Sender ID so learners can continue to recognise your organisation as the sender.
You can continue to create and send SMS messages directly from Wisenet, and all messages are automatically recorded in the learner or course enrolment logbook for complete communication history.

The SDR DXP export now classifies enrolment types using Course Enrolment attributes, providing a more accurate view of enrolments without relying on unit-level Equivalent Full Time Student (EFTS) calculations. This will lead to cleaner, more accurate data.

Unit Offer Unification is a foundational project designed to simplify how units are structured, shared, and managed across course offers, while giving you more flexibility where it actually matters.
At its core, it removes unnecessary duplication and allows unit delivery to be managed in a way that mirrors how education is really delivered.
At the core of this update is a shift to a simpler, more flexible Unit Offer model.
- Unit Offers will be able to be shared across multiple Course Offers
- Unit Groups will be retired and replaced with a unified structure
- Unit hierarchies will be managed through clear parent-child relationships
Alongside these structural improvements, we are updating a number of key areas across Wisenet to improve usability and consistency. This is a significant structural improvement, but the core workflows you rely on will remain familiar.
Added a new option in Auto Grade Rules to autograde learners with a Current course enrolment status only.
Only Autograde Current Course Enrolments

If a learner has the same unit enrolled across multiple course enrolments, Autograde will:
- Find all matching unit enrolments for that unit code
- Then decide which ones to update based on the toggle setting
When the toggle is ON:
- Autograde only updates unit enrolments that belong to the learner’s Current course enrolment
- Any matching units in non-current (e.g. completed, withdrawn etc.) course enrolments are ignored
When the toggle is OFF:
- Autograde updates all matching unit enrolments, across all course enrolments, regardless of course enrolment status
NOTE: You can control eligibility using Course Enrolment Status, Unit Enrolment Status, or a combination of both, depending on how you configure the rules.
