What's New
We’ve refined the wording in the Automation > Action dropdown to improve clarity.
“Unit enrolments of the course enrolment” now displays as “Actions on the Unit Enrolments.”
To improve load speed, Unit of Study and Unit Group counts have been removed from the Selected Course Offers > Unit Offers page.
These counts remain available on the Unit Management page.
We’ve added a new Learner Fees page in the learner profile for Fees Free reporting.
These updates make managing Fees Free data simpler and more accurate.

Support Cases is a new feature that has been developed by Wisenet so you can engage with and directly support your learners across their entire journey.
This feature is built into Wisenet LRM and accessible through the Learner App, giving learners a simple way to submit support requests, whether directly from the app or by email, so the right staff and teams can respond quickly.
For Premium edition customers, you have the opportunity to use Train AI to understand your organisation’s unique case types and provide professional, context-aware drafts using the Generate AI response to save time and ensure consistency.

Previously, Auto Grade automatically updated Unit Enrolment fields only when a grade was submitted from an integrated elearning application.
Now, we have extended this capability to manual grading. You can update Unit Enrolment fields simply by entering a final grade directly in Wisenet, with all related fields updating automatically based on the configured Auto Grade Rules.
This enhancement brings the same level of efficiency and consistency to manual grading workflows, giving you greater flexibility without compromising data integrity.
Finance roles have been refined for precision. See User Access Roles
We’ve streamlined permissions, removed inaccessible links, and introduced clear Active/Inactive badges on the Discounts page for better visibility and decision-making.
All finance records – invoices, credit notes, payments, refunds, and write-offs now link directly to the debtor finance page (instead of the learner/workplace account page).
Other updates:
- Added a button “View Learner” or “View Workplace” so the user can still navigate to the learner/workplace account if needed
- Added links to navigate to Learner/Workplace profile from the debtor details page
To enhance clarity, reporting and compliance, a Credential Type is now required when uploading a new credential template. This ensures better visibility over the types of credentials being issued and supports more structured data management.
Available Credential Types:
- Other
- Certificate
- Transcript
- Statement
- Letter
- Card
What has changed?
- New field in Settings > uReports template page to select credential type.
- Selecting a Credential Type is now mandatory for all new credential templates in uReports.
- You can optionally update the Credential Type for previously uploaded credential templates.
