What's New
Unit Offer Unification is a foundational project designed to simplify how units are structured, shared, and managed across course offers, while giving you more flexibility where it actually matters.
At its core, it removes unnecessary duplication and allows unit delivery to be managed in a way that mirrors how education is really delivered.
At the core of this update is a shift to a simpler, more flexible Unit Offer model.
- Unit Offers will be able to be shared across multiple Course Offers
- Unit Groups will be retired and replaced with a unified structure
- Unit hierarchies will be managed through clear parent-child relationships
Alongside these structural improvements, we are updating a number of key areas across Wisenet to improve usability and consistency. This is a significant structural improvement, but the core workflows you rely on will remain familiar.
Added a new option in Auto Grade Rules to autograde learners with a Current course enrolment status only.
Only Autograde Current Course Enrolments

If a learner has the same unit enrolled across multiple course enrolments, Autograde will:
- Find all matching unit enrolments for that unit code
- Then decide which ones to update based on the toggle setting
When the toggle is ON:
- Autograde only updates unit enrolments that belong to the learner’s Current course enrolment
- Any matching units in non-current (e.g. completed, withdrawn etc.) course enrolments are ignored
When the toggle is OFF:
- Autograde updates all matching unit enrolments, across all course enrolments, regardless of course enrolment status
NOTE: You can control eligibility using Course Enrolment Status, Unit Enrolment Status, or a combination of both, depending on how you configure the rules.
Event alerts will now be triggered when bulk actions are performed on inactive learners from the Course Enrolment and Unit Enrolment filtered list pages.

You can now send debtor statements directly from Wisenet either from the Debtor Details > Statement tab or in bulk from the Debtor List page. This allows finance teams to quickly generate and email statements without leaving the application.
Bulk Statement Sending
From the Debtor List, users can select one or multiple debtors and send statements individually or in bulk. Before sending, users can set the statement date range and choose whether to include debtors with a $0 balance.
Debtor Statement Email Template
Statements are sent using a Finance Debtor Statements email template with a pre-filled, editable subject and body. Placeholders automatically populate information such as the selected statement dates, and the statement is attached as a PDF, with the option to include additional files.
The template can be edited from Finance > Settings > Templates section.
We’ve introduced a new Balance column on the Debtor List page, giving you a clear view of the total amount owed per debtor at a glance.
This balance includes all outstanding invoices even those with future due dates so you can see the full picture of receivables without needing to calculate or cross-check manually.
Stay on top of cash flow with faster, more informed decision-making.
We’ve refined the wording in the Automation > Action dropdown to improve clarity.
“Unit enrolments of the course enrolment” now displays as “Actions on the Unit Enrolments.”
To improve load speed, Unit of Study and Unit Group counts have been removed from the Selected Course Offers > Unit Offers page.
These counts remain available on the Unit Management page.
We’ve added a new Learner Fees page in the learner profile for Fees Free reporting.
These updates make managing Fees Free data simpler and more accurate.
