Introducing Quotes
Wisenet Quotes is a Premium feature that enables you to create, issue, and invoice quotes.
Issuing a quote will email the quote to the customer. The customer can view the quote online and accept/decline instantly. Convert accepted quotes to invoices quickly and easily.
Who quotes are sent to
Quotes are issued to a Sales Contact.
When you create a quote, select an existing Sales Contact or create a new Sales Contact. Select a Learner/Workplace that is linked to the Sales Contact in order to quickly invoice accepted quotes.

The Process

Event Alerts
Quotes Event Alerts provide details of when quotes have been Accepted and Declined. There is a count on the dashboard to highlight the number of Accepted quotes and number of Declined quotes. Clicking on the count will take you to LRM > Reports > Event Alerts > Quotes
Set Up
Quotes Finance Settings
You must fill out the Quote Settings page before creating and managing quotes.
Finance Items
Finance Items allows you to create chargeable items to add to your quotes.
Create a New Quote
Once you have updated your Settings and have added Finance items, you can start creating quotes.
Manage
Search and View Quotes
All quotes appear on the Quotes page. Use the page to search and view quotes.
Export your Quote data
Export selected quote records using the Data Export feature.
Edit, Resend, Remove Quotes
You can apply different actions to a quote depending on the quote status.
