Aged Receivable Reporting

Monitor your debtor positions and cash flow with Wisenet Aged Receivable reporting. Export data in four predefined formats—Summary or Detailed, and Formatted or Raw.

Save time and improve accuracy with debtor balances aggregated into ageing buckets (1–30, 31–60, and 61–90 days). Organise data by debtor, transaction number, or reference. Improve your financial decision-making and ensure timely follow-ups on overdue accounts with Aged Receivables.

How to View Aged Receivable Reporting

  • Navigate to LRM > Finance > Aged Receivable Reporting.
  • The default view applies the Summary filter.
  • To change the view:
    • Click the dropdown next to View Data As and select a different filter.
    • Click Apply Filter.
  • Invoices are aged by their due date.
  • Credits are aged by their issue date.
  • The debtor ageing is based on today’s date.
Summary vs. Detail Formats
  • Summary Format: Aggregates debtor balances by debtor, categorised into ageing buckets.
  • Detail Format: Includes all summary data but also breaks down transactions by Document Number and Reference.

How to Export Aged Receivable Report

  1. Click Action > Export
  2. Choose a format:
    • Aged Receivables Report (Detailed – Formatted)
    • Aged Receivables Report (Detailed – Raw)
    • Aged Receivables Report (Summary- Formatted)
    • Aged Receivables Report (Summary – Raw)
  3. You’ll be redirected to Reports > CSV Export Progress.
  4. Click Download CSV to save the file.
