How to Add an Invoice

You must create Finance Items before creating an invoice.

Required LRM Access: Owner & Admin

Add an Invoice

  1. Navigate to LRM > Finance > Invoices
  2. Click Generate Invoice
  3. Search for a Debtor (Learner or Workplace)
  4. Select a Debtor
  5. Enter the Invoice Issue Date
  6. Enter the Invoice Due Date
  7. Enter a Reference
  8. Add Finance Items

Save as Draft OR Issue Invoice OR Schedule Invoice

If the Invoice Issue Date = today, click Issue Invoice.

If the Invoice Issue Date is in the future, click Schedule Invoice.

  • The invoice status will show as Scheduled 
  • On the scheduled date, the invoice will be sent and the status will change to Issued
