You must create Finance Items before creating an invoice.

Add an Invoice
- Navigate to LRM > Finance > Invoices
- Click Generate Invoice
- Search for a Debtor (Learner or Workplace)
- Select a Debtor
- Enter the Invoice Issue Date
- Enter the Invoice Due Date
- Enter a Reference
- Add Finance Items
Save as Draft OR Issue Invoice OR Schedule Invoice
If the Invoice Issue Date = today, click Issue Invoice.
If the Invoice Issue Date is in the future, click Schedule Invoice.
- The invoice status will show as Scheduled
- On the scheduled date, the invoice will be sent and the status will change to Issued
