How to perform Bulk Actions for Course Enrolments

There are four bulk actions that can be performed for Course Enrolments from the Course Enrolments Search page:

  1. Edit Enrolments
  2. Edit Learners
  3. Bulk Send Email
  4. Bulk Send SMS

NOTE: Bulk Actions can also be performed on Learners, Applications and Elearning Enrolments.

Required Knowledge: Enrolments

Select Enrolments
  1. Navigate to LRM > Learners > Courses Enrolments
  2. (Recommended) use the Search Bar or add filters to refine the list of Enrolments
  3. Select Enrolments by:
    • Clicking on the checkbox next to the First Name, OR
    • Clicking Select > All on page next to the Search Bar

NOTE: We recommend selecting a maximum of 200 Enrolments at a time.

Edit Enrolments
  1. Click Action > Edit Enrolment(s)
    • This will open a pull-out drawer.
  2. Select one or more fields to update:
    • Application Status
    • Application Status Reason
    • Course Enrolment ForAVETMISS
    • Course Enrolment Learner App Enrolment Access Enabled
    • Course Enrolment Status Reason
    • Course Enrolment Target Group
  3. Click Save.

Edit Learners
  1. Click Action > Edit Learner(s)
    • This will open a pull-out drawer.
  2. Select one or more fields to update:
    • Is Active
    • Learner App Access Enabled
    • Learner App Expiry Date
    • Sync to Xero
  3. Click Save.

Bulk Send Email
  1. Click Action > Bulk Send Email
    • This will open a pull-out drawer.
  2. Select the email address(es) to send to.
  3. Select the Reply to email address.
  4. Write the Subject and Body of the email.
  5. (Optional) add attachments.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Yes on the confirmation box.
  8. The email is now sent.

NOTE: To view the sent email, navigate to the Course Enrolment Logbook page.

Bulk Send SMS
  1. Click Action > Bulk Send SMS
    • This will open a pull-out drawer.
  2. Enter a Purpose
    • This will not be seen by the recipient.
  3. Type the message
  4. Click Save

NOTE: To view the sent SMS, navigate to the Course Enrolment Logbook page.
