      Bulk Updates can be performed in various areas of Wisenet saving you time and reducing errors.

      Before you begin:

      Required Knowledge: AVETMISS, Reports, Course Offer, Unit Offers

      Required LRM Access: Admin

      Required Pre-Steps: Understand what information and where it needs to be updated

      Course Enrolments Fields

      Bulk updates in this section update Course Enrolment fields

      Select an option for more information:


      Multiple Learners in a Single Course Offer

      Select this Bulk Update to change fields for multiple Learners enrolled into the same Course Offer including: Start and End Date, Commencing Course ID, Status etc.

      Bulk Update Course Enrolments


      Multiple Learners across Course Offers

      This Bulk update allows you to make changes to only the Commencing Course ID across multiple Course Offer

      Unit Enrolments Fields

      Bulk updates in this section update Unit Enrolment fields

      Choose from the following:


      Individual Course Enrolment

      Choose this option to update multiple Unit Enrolment fields for a Learner such as: Start and End Dates, Outcome Codes etc

      How to Bulk Update Unit Enrolments for an Individual Learner

      Choose this option to schedule Start and End Dates which can be evenly split across a specific period. This is mainly used in Training Plans.

      Multiple Learners within the Same Course Offer

      Choose this option to update multiple Unit Enrolments fields for multiple Learners such as: Outcome codes, Start and end dates, Compliance Information, Trainer & Assessor, Assessment method

      Cascade Wizard

      The Cascade Wizard allows for changes made to Course Offers to cascade or copy over to Unit Offers and/or Unit Enrolments.


      Multiple Course Offers and Multiple Unit Offers

      There are 3 specific wizards that allow cross Course Offer updates.

      Update Unit Enrolment End Date

      Update Training Schedule/Contracts

      Update Unit Enrolment Outcomes 


      Within One Unit

      This function allows you to Bulk Update details from the Unit for Unit Offers and/or their enrolments such as: Start and End dates, Delivery mode, Unit Hours, Trainer and Assessor details etc

      Set Unit Offer Defaults via Unit


      Unit Offer

      Allows you to quickly update Unit Enrolment Details for multiple Learners from the same Course Offer or Unit Offer such as: Start and End dates, Delivery mode, Unit Hours, Trainer and Assessor details etc

      Bulk Update Unit Enrolments

      Gradebook allows you to update multiple Outcome Codes and Dates for multiple learners at one time.

      Update Varying Outcomes, Results and Dates via Gradebook


      Class List

      Allows for Bulk Updates for Unit Enrolment fields to occur via Timetable feature

      Unit Offer Fields

      Bulk updates in this section update Unit Offer fields

      Choose from the following:


      Multiple Unit Offers in the Same Course Offer

      This function allows you to Bulk Update details for Unit Offers/ Unit Groups and/or their Enrolments such as: Start and End dates, Delivery mode, Unit Hours, Trainer and Assessor details etc

      Set Unit Offer Defaults via Unit Offer

      Or
