How To Set Up Completion Pathway Custom Dropdowns

Follow these steps and examples to set up completion pathway custom dropdowns.

Required LRM Access: Owner or Admin

Navigate to  LRM > Settings

  1. On the Left Navigation Bar, click Dropdown Lists
  2. Click Completion Pathways
  3. Click Add New Option to add a selectable option
  4. Fill out the Description field and click Update. Example value that you can use when setting up Completion Pathway custom dropdowns are:
    • Has NOT gained employment or transitioned to further training
    • Has gained full time related employment since completing the course
    • Has gained full time unrelated employment since completing the course
    • Has gained part time related employment since completing the course
    • Has gained part time unrelated employment since completing the course
    • Career advancement since completing the course
    • Transitioning to further training
  5. Repeat until you have added all required options in your Custom Dropdowns
