How To Set Up Enrolment Status Reason Custom Dropdowns

Follow these steps to add custom Enrolment Status Reasons to be used when selecting an Enrolment Status Reason.

Required Knowledge: Enrolments

Required LRM Access: Owner or Admin


Navigate to  LRM > Settings


  1. In the Configuration box, click Dropdown Lists
  2. Click on Enrolment Status Reason
  3. On the top right corner of the page, Click + Add Enrolment Status Reason
  4. Enter a Code and Description
    1. Code is optional
  5. Repeat until you have added all required options in your Custom Dropdowns
  6. Click Save

You can now view and edit (if required) your newly added Enrolment Status Reason from the ‘Results’ table.
