How To Bulk Update Unit Enrolments

Required Access: Owner or Admin

Update Unit Enrolments from the Unit Enrolments Search page

  1. Navigate to LRM > Learners > Unit Enrolments
  2. (Optional) search and filter your data
  3. Select one or more records
  4. Click Action >  Update Unit Enrolments
  5. Select a field to update
  6. Enter a value
  7. Repeat steps 5-6 as necessary
  8. Type confirm in the Confirm your Changes field
  9. Tick the checkbox
  10. Click Save

Update Unit Enrolments from the Unit Offer > Enrolments page

  1. Navigate to LRM > Selected Unit Offer > Enrolments
  2. Select the relevant Learners by ticking the check box next to the name
  3. Click Action > Manage Unit Enrolments from the drop down menu
  4. Select the Units you wish to modify by ticking the check box next to the Units
  5. Click Action > Update Enrolments
  6. Select a field to update
  7. Enter a value
  8. Repeat steps 6-7 as necessary
  9. Type confirm in the Confirm your Changes field
  10. Tick the checkbox
  11. Click Save

Update Unit Enrolments from the Course Offer > Unit Enrolments page

  1. Navigate to LRM > Selected Course Offer > Unit Enrolments
  2. (Optional) search and filter your data
  3. Select one or more records
  4. Click Action >  Update Unit Enrolments
  5. Select a field to update
  6. Enter a value
  7. Repeat steps 5-6 as necessary
  8. Type confirm in the Confirm your Changes field
  9. Tick the checkbox
  10. Click Save
