How to Add Elearning Enrolments

The quickest way to enrol Learners into an Elearning course is by using quick enrol. However, you can also enrol Learners via the Wisenet Course Offer or Learner Profile.

Required LMS Access: Admin | Required Wisenet Access: Portal Admin and LRM Owner

Before you start

Make sure you have connected Wisenet to your Elearning app.

NOTE: Learners must have usernames to enrol in an Elearning course.

Via Course Offer

NOTE: Even if the Elearning Course is connected to a Unit Offer, you must add Elearning Enrolments from the relevant Course Offer page.

  1. Navigate to Selected Course Offer > Elearning > Elearning Courses.
  2. Against the relevant Elearning Course, Click Add Enrolments
  3. Select one or more Learners
  4. Click Add Elearning Enrolments

Via Learner Profile

NOTE: Only Course Offers / Unit Offers that the Learner is enrolled into and that are linked to Elearning Courses will be displayed.

  1. Navigate to Selected Learner > Elearning.
  2. Click Add Enrolments
  3. Select one or more Enrolments
  4. Click Add Elearning Enrolments
