You must sync Elearning courses to Wisenet at setup (for Brightspace and Janison) and whenever you make changes to courses (for Brightspace and Janison)

You can also use this feature to sync Canvas courses.

Sync courses

1. Navigate to LRM > Courses and Units > Elearning Courses
2. Click Action > Sync Courses
3. Select your Elearning platform

Brightspace:

1. Choose to sync All Courses or Specific Courses
2. If you chose All Courses, click Sync. Wait a few moments, then refresh the page. Your courses will appear.
3. If you chose Specific Courses, go to step 2

Canvas:

1. Enter the date range for when the Elearning Course(s) were last added or modified in Canvas
2. Click Sync.

Janison:

1. Click Sync. Wait a few moments, then refresh the page. Your courses will appear.

Sync selected courses (Brightspace only)

1. Note the Organisation Unit Id(s) of the Brightspace courses you want to sync.
   1. This is the four-digit number at the end of the URL in the Brightspace course page.
2. Navigate to LRM > Courses and Units > Elearning Courses
3. Click Action > Sync Courses
4. Choose Brightspace
5. Choose Specific Courses
6. Enter the Organisation Unit Id(s) for the courses you wish to sync to Wisenet.
   1. They must be separated by a semicolon with no spaces.
7. Click Sync.
