How To Edit Unit of Study Enrolments

Required LRM Access: Owner, Admin

Required Pre-Steps: Add Units of Study

Navigate to  LRM > Learners

Update one or multiple Unit of Study with:
  1. Open the Learner Profile Page
  2. In the Action menu for the relevant Course Offer Enrolment, select View Unit Enrolments
  3. Click the Unit of Study Enrolments tab
  4. Tick the Units of Study that you wish to update, in the Action menu, click Bulk update selected Units of Study
  5. Tick the fields that you wish to update and enter the relevant data
  6. Click Perform Cascade
  1. Open the Learner Profile Page
  2. In the Action menu for the relevant Course Offer Enrolment, select View Unit Enrolments
  3. Click the Unit of Study Enrolments tab
  4. Tick the Units of Study that you wish to update and select Edit to the right
  5. Update relevant fields
  6. Save
  7. Repeat (if required)
Edit Unit of Competency Enrolments (if required)

Are all Units of Competency mapped to this UoS being finalised or only selected Units of Competency?

All
  1. Click the Units of Study that you just updated again
  2. In the Action menu, click Bulk update Unit Offers for selected groups
  3. Tick the fields you wish to update and enter the details
  4. Click Perform cascade
  1. Click the Units Offers tab
  2. Select the Units that you wish to update
  3. In the Action menu under the grid, click Bulk update selected enrolments
  4. Tick the fields you wish to update and enter the details
  5. Click Perform cascade
