The process for setting up a Course Offer is similar across all types, but the fields you need to complete may vary.

Add Course Offer
- Open the Course that you wish to create a Course Offer from
- Navigate to Selected Course > Offers
- Click Action > Add
- Enter a Course Offer Code and Description
Course Offer Code | 10 alphanumeric characters maximum. Include:

For Qld and WA Course Offers If you mostly do workplace based training, you may wish to also add the funding region |

Enter Dates
- Enter the Course Offer start and end dates
- The Enrolment Period start and end dates will automatically populate from the Course Offer start and end dates – change these if your Enrolment period is different

Complete Remaining Fields
- Fill out the remaining fields
- Click Save
