Link Elearning courses directly to Wisenet Course Offers / Unit Offers, using the conditions saved under the Automatic Linking option in the Elearning Connector.
NOTE: You do not need to have Automatic Linking turned on to use this page.
When to use this page:
- If you have Automatic Linking turned on, but you created the Elearning course before the Wisenet Course Offer / Unit Offer so it didn’t automatically link.
- You want to link an Elearning course to a Wisenet Course Offer / Unit Offer using the conditions saved in the Elearning Connector page in Wisenet Marketplace.

- Navigate to LRM > Courses and Units > Elearning Courses
- Search for the relevant Elearning Course
- Click Link to Offers
- The Elearning course will now be linked to the corresponding Wisenet offer.
Note: Deleted Elearning courses are set to Inactive in Wisenet. You cannot link these to a Wisenet Course Offer / Unit Offer.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- For the Linking to work, the Elearning Course Code/External Refarence must match the Course Offer Code/Unit Offer Code (or code plus suffix) depending on your Auto Linking settings.
- Linking from the Courses and Units page does NOT support Grouping. Navigate to Offers > Course Offer > Elearning to update the group against the elearning course offers.
