How To Bulk Update Unit Offers

Required LRM Access: Admin

Update Unit Offers from Unit Offers search page

  1. Navigate to LRM > Offers > Unit Offers
  2. Search and filter your data.
  3. Select one or more Unit Offers
  4. Click Action > Update Unit Offers
  5. Select a Field
  6. Enter a Value
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all fields you want to update
  8. Type confirm in the Confirm Your Changes box
  9. Tick the confirmation box
  10. Click Save.

Update Unit Offers from a Course Offer

  1. Navigate to LRM > Offers > Selected Course Offer > Unit Offers
  2. (Optional) Search and filter your data.
  3. Select one or more Unit Offers
  4. Click Action > Update Unit Offers
  5. Select a Field
  6. Enter a Value
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all fields you want to update
  8. Type confirm in the Confirm Your Changes box
  9. Tick the confirmation box
  10. Click Save.

Update Unit Offers within a Unit Group / Unit of Study

You must have Unit Groups or Units of Study set up. Unit Groups are used for Short Courses. Units of Study are used for VET Student Loans.

  1. Navigate to LRM > Offers > Selected Course Offer > Unit Management
  2. For the relevant Unit Group/Unit of Study, click Action > Set Unit Offer Defaults
  3. Select Unit Offers
  4. Click Action > Set Defaults for Selected Unit Offers
  5. Tick the values that you wish to update and enter the details
  6. Click Update

Update Unit Offers from a single Unit

  1. Navigate to LRM > Scope > Selected Unit > Unit Offers
  2. Tick the Unit Offers that you wish to update
  3. Click Action > Set defaults for selected Unit Offers
  4. Tick the values that you wish to update and enter the details
  5. Click  Update
