How To Issue, Print and Email a Credential

After generating a Credential, you can now issue the Credential and present it to your Learner.

Stages for issuing a credential:

Issue Credentials from a Course Enrolment

  1. Navigate to LRM > Reports > Credential Register > Course Register tab
  2. (Optional) Search or filter the results.
    • E.g. Add a filter: status = Awaiting Issue
  3. To issue one credential, click the Issue icon on the end of the row
  4. Or, select one or more credentials, click Action > Issue
    • The Issue Credentials drawer opens.
  5. Is this the Certificate for completing a full Qualification – select Yes or No
    • If Yes, set the Date Issued
  6. (Optional) Enter a reason for issuing Credential
  7. Would you like to generate a merged document? – select Yes or No
  8. Click Issue.

Is this the Certificate for completion a full Qualification?

If you select Yes, on the Course Enrolment:

  • Qual Issued flag will be ticked
  • Parchment number will be set to the Credential Number
  • Issued Date is set

Issue Credentials from a Qualification Enrolment

  1. Navigate to LRM > Reports > Credential Register > Qualification Register tab
  2. (Optional) Search or filter the results.
    • E.g. Add a filter: status = Awaiting Issue
  3. To issue one credential, click the Issue icon on the end of the row
  4. Or, select one or more credentials, click Action > Issue
    • The Issue Credentials drawer opens.
  5. (Optional) Enter a reason for issuing Credential
  6. Would you like to generate a merged document? – select Yes or No
  7. Click Issue.

Issuing a Certificate credential

  • If the Qualification Enrolment status is Achieved – Pending Award and you are issuing a Certificate credential, you have the option to update the Qualification Enrolment Status to Awarded.
  • Tick Yes on the question Update the Qualification Status to Awarded and select a date completed.
    • You can select the Qualification Awarded date, or select a custom date.

Print Credentials

  1. Navigate to LRM > Reports > Credential Register
  2. (Optional) Search or filter the results.
  3. Click the Print icon on the Credential line.
  4. The PDF will open in a new tab.

Email Credentials

  • Emailing Credentials is only available on Premium Edition
  • This feature is turned off by default.
  1. Navigate to LRM> Reports > Credential Register
  2. (Optional) Search or filter the results.
  3. Click the Email icon on the Credential line, or
  4. Select one or more Credentials, click Action > Email
  5. Adjust the email details
  6. Click Send.
