Withdraw a Qualification Enrolment if the Learner is no longer working towards the Qualification.

You can still issue credentials (of any type except Certificate credentials) when a Qualification Enrolment is withdrawn.

Withdraw a Qualification Enrolment

Withdraw from filtered list page

1. Navigate to:
   LRM > Learners > Qualification Enrolments, or
   LRM > Scope > Selected Qualification > Enrolments
2. (Optional) search and filter the data.
3. Click the Withdraw Enrolment icon on the relevant line
   • A confirmation box appears
4. Click Yes.

Withdraw from details page

1. Navigate to LRM > Selected Qualification Enrolment > Details
2. Click Action > Withdraw Enrolment
   • A confirmation box appears
3. Click Yes.
