How To Add and Edit a Major

Required Knowledge: Qualifications

Required LRM Access: Owner, Admin

Navigate to Qualification

  1. Search for the Qualification on which you want to add Majors
  2. Navigate to Selected Qualification > Details

Add Majors to a Qualification

  1. On the Majors card, click Add.
    • The Add Major drawer opens.
  2. Enter a Name
  3. (Optional) Enter a Code
  4. Enter a Description
  5. Make sure the Is Active toggle is set to YES
  6. Enter a Priority
  7. Click Save.

NOTE: When a Qualification is created, a Major called “General” is automatically created under that Qualification. You cannot delete the General Major, but you can inactivate it. You can also edit the code and priority.

The “General” wording does not appear on any Qualification documents outside of Wisenet.

Edit Major Details

  1. Click on the Major you wish to edit.
  2. This takes you to Selected Major > Detail.
  3. On the Major Details card, click Edit
  4. Edit one or more of:
    • Major Name
    • Major Code
    • Is Active toggle
    • Description
    • Priority
  5. Click Save.
