There are two key automation capabilities that can reduce manual administration and ensure learners are always tracked accurately in Qualifications.

Auto Enrolment into Qualifications
When a Qualification is specified at the Course level, any learner enrolled into a Course Offer under that Course will automatically be enrolled into the associated Qualification.
This means:
No manual qualification enrolment required
No risk of learners being missed
Immediate progression tracking from day one
As soon as a learner is enrolled in a Course Offer, they are automatically aligned to the correct Qualification and its defined completion rules.
This ensures consistency across intakes, years, and delivery periods.
Follow the instructions below to set the Qualification under the Course:
- Navigate to LRM > Scope > Courses
- Search for the relevant Course
- Click Edit under Additional Info
- Select the relevant Qualification from the Qualification dropdown.
- Click Save

Automatic Qualification Audit
When Auto Qual Audit is enabled at the LRM Settings level, Qualification Audits are automatically triggered whenever relevant Unit Enrolments are completed.
This means:
Learner eligibility is reassessed automatically
Completion progress updates in real time
Staff do not need to manually trigger audits
Qualification completion is identified immediately
As soon as a learner completes units that contribute to a Defined Rule or Unit Set, the system evaluates whether they now meet the requirements for a Major or the overall Qualification.
This removes administrative bottlenecks and ensures credentials are issued without delay.
Follow the instructions below to set the Auto Qual Audit:
- Navigate to LRM > Settings > LRM Settings
- Find Auto Qual Audit
- Toggle ON
- Click Save
