      How To Search and View Qualifications

      All qualifications appear on the Qualifications page at LRM > Scope > Qualifications.

      Search for a Qualification

      1. Navigate to LRM > Scope > Qualifications
      2. Use the Search Bar or add Filters to narrow your results.
      3. (Optional) click on the filter icon to save a filtered view.
      4. Click on the Qualification name to take you to Selected Qualification > Details
        • Or click on the Enrolments count to take you to Selected Qualification > Enrolments

      Where can I view Credentials issued from a Qualification?

       

      Issue Credentials once a Learner has achieved the requirements for a Qualification.

      1. LRM > Reports > Credential Register > Qualification Register – to see all Credentials issued from all Qualifications
      2. LRM > Selected Qualification > Credentials – to see all Credentials issued from a single Qualification
      3. LRM > Selected Learner > Credentials > Qualification Register – to see all Credentials issued from Qualifications for a single Learner.
