Award a Qualification with Special Consideration when the Learner did not fully meet the requirements to achieve the Qualification, but special consideration has been given for the Learner to achieve the Qualification anyway.

You can issue Certificate credentials (and all other credential types) when a Qualification Enrolment is Awarded with Special Consideration.

The Qualification Enrolment must have the status Not Yet Achieved.

Award Qualification with Special Consideration

Award from filtered list page

1. Navigate to:
   LRM > Learners > Qualification Enrolments, or
   LRM > Scope > Selected Qualification > Enrolments
2. (Optional) search and filter the data.
3. Click the Award Qualification with Special Consideration icon on the relevant line
   • A drawer opens
4. (Optional) Update the Qualification Major
5. Enter a reason for awarding with special consideration.
6. Click Save.

Award from details page

1. Navigate to LRM > Selected Qualification Enrolment > Details
2. Click Action > Award Qualification with Special Consideration
   • A drawer opens
3. (Optional) Update the Qualification Major
4. Enter a reason for awarding with special consideration.
5. Click Save.
