Dropdown Lists

Throughout Wisenet there are fields that use customisable dropdown lists. They allow you to manage what values are available for a specific field in a way that is meaningful for your organisation.

Some dropdown lists are important for your reporting purposes – such as Workplace Positions and Agents for Training Plans and Letters of Offer respectively.

Each feature will notify you if there is a dropdown that requires your input. You do not need to set them up all at once.

You can set up the value of dropdown list under Settings > Configuration > Dropdown Lists. Select the relevant dropdown list below for instructions on how to customise.
