How To Set Up Custom Dropdowns for ITR Reporting

There are two Dropdowns that requires to be customised for ITR reporting:

  1. Enrolment Status Reason
  2. Position

Required Knowledge: Industry Training Register

Required LRM Access: Owner or Admin

Navigate to  LRM > Settings

Use the table below to see the ITR dropdown lists that you must customise with instructions on how to set up each dropdown list:

For: Enrolment Status Reason
  1. In the Configuration box, click Dropdown Lists
  2. Click Enrolment Status Reason
  3. Click [add new option]
    • You will see a Code and Description field
  4. Enter Code and Description based on the below table for each option.
  5. Click Update
For: Position
  1. In the Configuration box, click Dropdown Lists
  2. Click Position
  3. Click [add new option]
    • You will see a Code and Description field
  4. Enter Code and Description based on the below table for each option.
  5. Click Update
