Wisenet is able to import and easily update Courses and corresponding Units as they are listed on training.gov.au via the Scope Importer which is only available in Australia.
Before you begin:
Required Knowledge: Courses
Required LRM Access: Admin

Navigate to LRM > Courses & Units

Scope Import
- Select Courses and Units on the Top Navigation Bar
- In the Left Navigation Bar select Add Course
- Select Import Course Option
- Enter your Course Code
- Select Next
*An error will generate if your Course is not able to be imported. You will need to import manually.
Re-Sync Data
You can now re-sync data from TGA for a selected Course
- Simply go into your relevant Course > Action> Resync from TGA. This will add and update any new information including Units.

Check Course and Unit Details
If you do not check and edit Course and Unit details this information will transfer to your Course Offers and Unit Offers and will generate errors.
Your due diligence is required to ensure that the details from the Import are Correct for your delivery.
