      How To Check and Edit Course and Unit Details

      Wisenet is able to import Courses and corresponding Units as they are listed on Training.gov.au

      Before you begin:

      Required Knowledge: Courses and Units

      Required LRM Access: Admin

      Required Pre-Steps: Add Course, Add Unit, Scope Import

      Navigate to LRM > Courses & Units

      Check Course Details

      Single Course

      1. On the Top Navigation Bar click  Courses & Units
      2. In the Search field enter Course Code or Description
      3. Click on the Course Code to view the Course

      Multiple Courses

      1. On the Top Navigation Bar, click Reports
      2. Generate Report 0443 
      3. Preview or Download 
      4. Check that all AVETMISS fields are for all VET courses

      The headings are colour coded to indicate the AVETMISS fields

      New Zealand

      1. On the Top Navigation Bar click Reports
      2. Generate Report >2046
      3. Preview or Download

      If you do not check and edit Course and Unit details this information will transfer to your Course Offers and Unit Offers, and will generate errors. If you prefer to check Course and Unit details in the one report, then generate report 0003 which will give you a list of all Units per Course.

      Edit Your Course
      1. On the Top Navigation Bar click Courses & Units
      2. Search by Course Code or Description.
      3. Click on the relevant Course Code
      4. Click Action and Edit
      5. Update the necessary details, i.e: Course Code, Course Description, Nominal Hours, etc…
      6. Save

      Check Unit Details

      Single Unit

      1. On the Top Navigation Bar click Courses & Units
      2. In the Search field enter part or all of the Unit Code or Description
      3. Click on the Unit Code to view the details page

      Multiple Units

      1. On the Top Navigation Bar click Reports
      2. qReports
      3. Generate Report >0446 
      4. Preview or Download 
      5. Check that all AVETMISS fields are for all VET courses
      6. The headings are colour coded to indicate the AVETMISS fields

      1. Click Courses & Units
      2. Search by Unit Code or Description.
      3. Click on the relevant Unit Code
      4. click Action and Edit
      5. Update the necessary details, i.e: Unit Code, Unit Description, Supervised (Nominal) Hours, etc…
