Introducing CourseUnits
A Smarter Way to Manage Courses and Units
Previously, Courses were directly linked to Units. If you wanted to reuse a Unit across multiple Courses, you had to duplicate it.
Now, we’ve introduced a more elegant solution: CourseUnits.
With CourseUnits, a single Unit can be reused across multiple Courses without duplication. Instead of copying the Unit, we create a CourseUnit for each Course-to-Unit connection.
Reuse content without creating redundant copies, keeping your system clean, and efficient.
It’s a powerful new way to make curriculum management feel effortless.

Set Up
Creating CourseUnits
A CourseUnit is automatically created when you add a Unit to a Course (or a Course to a Unit).
Editing a CourseUnit
Each CourseUnit has some unique data – the Unit fields that are specific to the Unit for that Course.
When a CourseUnit is created, the CourseUnit fields will be automatically filled from the Unit fields. You can adjust them if you wish.
Deleting a CourseUnit
Deleting a CourseUnit means removing the Unit from that specific Course. Any CourseUnit fields (Unit fields that are specific to the Unit for that Course) will be deleted.
The Unit and the Course will not be deleted.
