Cahoot uses the Assessment Submission pathway (part of Data Submissions) to submit assessment data to Wisenet.
If you cannot see the Cahoot app in LRM > Settings > Wisenet Marketplace, log a support request.
Connect Wisenet to Cahoot

Obtain from Cahoot:
- Site
- Username
- Password
- Version
NOTES:
- You need to contact Cahoot support directly to obtain these.

- Navigate to LRM > Settings > Wisenet Marketplace (under Integration)
- Click All to see all apps.
- On the Cahoot card, click Connect.

- Under the Cahoot Connector Details, enter:
- Site
- Username
- Password
- Version
- Click Connect
Set up Assessment Submissions for Cahoot
These are the Assessment Submission Set Up steps, with Cahoot-specific information.

Create an Assessment Submission Type
- Navigate to LRM > Settings > Dropdown Lists (under Configuration) > Assessment Submission Types
- Click Add Assessment Type
- Enter Cahoot as the name
- Set the Is Active toggle to YES
- Enter cahoot as the External Reference

Create 4 x Custom Fields to add to the Assessment Versions
- Navigate to LRM > Settings > Custom Fields (under Configuration)
- Click Add Custom Field
Custom Field #1
- In the Entity field, select Unit Enrolment.
- In the Field Type, select Text Field
- In the Name field, enter Live Webinar Percentage Attended
- In the Description field, enter Live Webinar Percentage Attended
- Set the Is Secure toggle to NO
- (Premium customers) adjust the Is Visible toggle (see note)
- Click Save
Custom Field #2
- In the Entity field, select Unit Enrolment.
- In the Field Type, select Text Field
- In the Name field, enter Live Webinar Date Completed
- In the Description field, enter Live Webinar Date Completed or similar
- Set the Is Secure toggle to NO
- (Premium customers) adjust the Is Visible toggle (see note)
- Click Save
Custom Field #3
- In the Entity field, select Unit Enrolment.
- In the Field Type, select Text Field
- In the Name field, enter Recorded Webinar Percentage Viewed
- In the Description field, enter Recorded Webinar Percentage Viewed
- Set the Is Secure toggle to NO
- (Premium customers) adjust the Is Visible toggle (see note)
- Click Save
Custom Field #4
- In the Entity field, select Unit Enrolment.
- In the Field Type, select Text Field
- In the Name field, enter Recorded Webinar Date Completed
- In the Description field, enter Recorded Webinar Date Completed
- Set the Is Secure toggle to NO
- (Premium customers) adjust the Is Visible toggle (see note)
- Click Save

Create 2 x Assessment Versions
- Navigate to LRM > Settings > Dropdown Lists (under Configuration) > Assessment Submission Versions
- Click Add Assessment Version
Assessment Version #1:
- Enter Live Session as the name
- In the Assessment Type field, select Cahoot
- Select Unit Enrolment as the Entity
- Set the Is Active toggle to YES
- Set the Are manual results allowed? toggle to NO
- Enter live-session as the External Reference
- Add Result Field #1:
- Field name: Live Webinar Percentage Attended
- External reference: PercentageAttended
- Add Result Field #2:
- Field name: Live Webinar Date Completed
- External reference: DateTimeCompleted
- Click Save.
Assessment Version #2:
- Enter Recorded Session as the name
- In the Assessment Type field, select Cahoot
- Select Unit Enrolment as the Entity
- Set the Is Active toggle to YES
- Set the Are manual results allowed? toggle to NO
- Enter recorded-session as the External Reference
- Add Result Field #1:
- Field name: Recorded Webinar Percentage Viewed
- External reference: PercentageViewed
- Add Result Field #2:
- Field name: Recorded Webinar Date Completed
- External reference: DateTimeCompleted
- Click Save.
