How To Set Up Quote Items Dropdowns

Quote Items allows you to set fee structures and tax rates that can be used when creating quotes.

Required LRM Access: Owner or Admin or Sales Admin

NOTE: You will only be able to set up Quote Items if you have Billings and Payments enabled in Connected Apps.


Navigate to  LRM > Settings


  1. In the Configuration box, click Dropdown Lists
  2. Click Quote Items
  3. On the top right corner, Click Add Quote Item
  4. Enter a Code
  5. Enter a Description
  6. Select a Unit Amount
  7. Select a Tax Rate
  8. Use the Toggle to set the Quote Item as Active
    • Setting a Quote Item as Active will allow you to select the item on the Quote Form when creating a new quote
    • If you no longer want a Quote Item to be available on the Quote Form, you can always review your Quote Items Dropdown list and set it as Inactive
  9. Click Save
    • Your newly added Quote Item will now appear on the Quotes table
