The Credential Details page allows you to view Credential PDFs, access all related emails, and perform any actions available on the Credential Register page.

- Navigate to one of these pages:
LRM > Reports > Credential Register > Course Register or Qualification Register tab
LRM > Selected Learner > Credentials
LRM > Scope > Selected Qualification > Credentials
LRM > Selected Course Enrolment > Credentials
LRM > Offers > Selected Course Offer > Credentials - Click on the view icon in the row of a qualification you wish to view
- The Credential Details page opens
The Logbooks section shows all pdfs generated and all emails sent for that Credential. Click on a logbook entry to view details.
Depending on the Credential status, you will have the option to email, cancel, issue, preview, or regenerate the Credential.
