You can now write off bad debts directly using Wisenet Finance.
If you have an invoice that you have created in Wisenet Finance that a learner has not paid, you can write off the total amount or partial amount. Learn more
eLearning Offers enables you to view offers you’ve made at a course and unit level. You can add learners to courses and units either manually or through automation directly from this page.
eLearning Enrolments have been expanded to provide a view of all eLearning enrolments in one place. Learner enrolments can also be filtered and edited through this page both manually and through automations.
As part of Wisenet Finance, Funding Records lets you reconcile the funding that you receive from the government and external sources.
You can see where your learners stand in terms of payments, enabling you to have a complete view of accounts receivable within Wisenet and make more informed decisions when managing learner payments.
Bulk updates and bulk actions functionality has expanded so you can now edit enrolments and send bulk emails at the unit enrolment level. This change means reporting with Wisenet is now easier.

You can now view start dates, end dates, last sync dates with ease. You can now easily complete simple actions, access to course syncing has been improved, and eLearning course pages now have greater accessibility, functionality, and transparency.
Janison, an online eLearning and assessment solution, is now integrated with Wisenet. With this integration course and unit enrolments in Janison can be viewed and modified directly in Wisenet. Refer to our integration page to learn more.
