Work-Based Reporting (WBR)

Published by: 0

We’re excited to announce the launch of Work-Based Reporting (WBR), a major step forward in managing and reporting workplace-based learning within Wisenet.

With WBR, you can now capture, manage, and submit structured work-based learning data with ease. Designed specifically to meet SDR compliance requirements, this new feature enables a seamless experience for training providers delivering workplace-based programmes.

What is Work-Based Reporting (WBR)?

Work-Based Reporting is a purpose-built framework within Wisenet that allows you to record and report the work-based learning components of qualifications, as required by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) under the new data submission rules.

Whether you’re delivering apprenticeships, on-the-job training or other workplace-integrated learning, WBR helps you maintain compliance while staying organised.

Key Features

Training Agreements

Capture essential information such as start and end dates, signed dates and status to maintain clear records of each training agreement. See How to Add and Edit Training Agreements.

Site Visits

Easily add and manage site visits within training agreements, schedule events and track attendance. See Add a Site Visit to a Training Agreement

Event Alerts for Work-Based Reporting

Stay informed with event alerts triggered when errors are raised from DXP after syncing WBR data. This ensures faster issue resolution and reduces the risk of failed submissions.

How to Get Started

Setting up WBR in Wisenet is simple. We’ve prepared a complete step-by-step guide to help you configure your setup, manage learner records, create training agreements, add site visits and submit your data correctly.
