Use the table below to see examples of the Sales Dropdowns that you can customise, followed by instructions on how to set up each Dropdown:
Sales Dropdowns | Description | Examples |

Opportunity Stage | An Opportunity Stage categorises the lifecycle of the Opportunity as it progresses. This is vital for Opportunity management as it is used in the Opportunity Board and in dashboard metrics. Ensure you set the correct Win Probability especially Won and Lost. | - New Opportunity - Pending - Application Sent - Closed Won - Closed Lost |
Opportunity Source | Opportunity Sources categorise where the Opportunity originated. | - Word of mouth - Website - Existing Customer - Employee - Direct Mail - Cold Call - Trade Show |
Opportunity Type | An Opportunity Type categorises the nature of the Opportunity. | - Existing Business - New Business |
Close Lost Reason | Close Lost Reason categorises the reason why an Opportunity was Closed Lost. | - Location - Delivery Method |

For: Opportunity Stage
- In the Configuration box, click Dropdown Lists
- Click Opportunity Stage
- Click Add Opportunity Stage
- An empty row will be added at the bottom of the list
- Enter a Stage Name and a Win Probability
- Repeat until you have added all required stages in your Opportunity Stage Custom Dropdown
For: Opportunity Source, Opportunity Type, Close Lost Reason, and Sales Contact Stage:
- In the Configuration box, click Dropdown Lists
- Click the name of the dropdown list you would like to customise
- Click Add New Option to add a selectable option
- Fill out the Description field and click Update
- Repeat until you have added all required options in your Custom Dropdowns
