Introducing Agency
This feature manages sales agents and their referrals, promotions, and commissions.
Add Sales Contacts to an Agency, and link Agencies and their Sales Contact to a Course Enrolment.
Viewing and Managing Agencies
Use the Agencies table to view and manage the list of all the Agencies you have set up.
NOTE: The Agencies table is under the Organisations Tab. When clicking on the Organisations Tab, the page shows the Workplaces table by default. If you prefer to see the Agencies table on page load, the User Preferences settings can be updated to reflect this as a one-time setting. LEARN MORE: Setting Agencies Table view in User Preferences
Set Up
Custom Dropdowns
Set up Custom Dropdowns before adding Agencies. The Custom Dropdown fields allow you to tag or group agency records.
There are four Agent Dropdowns that you can customise:
- Agent Agreement Status
- Agent Classification
- Agent Status
- Region

Add all your Sales Agents before you can link them to incoming enrolments.

Link Agent to a Course Enrolment
A Course Enrolment can only be attached to one Agency and related Sales Contact (aka Agent), and promotion.
