Options for editing, resending, withdrawing and deleting quotes depend on the quote status.
You can also edit Sales Contacts directly from the Quotes filtered list page.

Edit a Quote
Only draft quotes can be edited.
- Navigate to:
LRM > Finance > Quotes, or
LRM > Sales > Quotes - (Optional) search and filter results (e.g., Status = Draft)
- Under the Action column, click Edit,
- The Edit Quote drawer opens
- Update one or more fields:
- Quote Date
- Quote Expiry Date
- Reference Number
- Sales Contact
- Require Purchase Order Number toggle
- Require Supporting Documentation toggle
- Line Items
- Click Save as Draft or Issue Quote

Edit a Sales Contact
You can edit a Sales Contact directly from the Quotes page.
- Navigate to:
LRM > Finance > Quotes, or
LRM > Sales > Quotes - (Optional) search and filter results
- Click on the Sales Contact name
- The Edit Sales Contact drawer opens.
- Update one or more fields
- Click Save

Resend a Quote
Only Issued and Accepted quotes can be resent.
- Navigate to:
LRM > Finance > Quotes, or
LRM > Sales > Quotes - (Optional) search and filter results (e.g. Status = Accepted or Issued)
- Under the Action column, click Resend.
- Click Yes.

Delete a Quote
Only draft quotes can be deleted.
- Navigate to:
LRM > Finance > Quotes, or
LRM > Sales > Quotes - (Optional) search and filter results (e.g. Status = Draft)
- Under the Action column, click Delete.
- Click Yes, Delete.

Withdraw a Quote
Issued quotes can be withdrawn.
- Navigate to:
LRM > Finance > Quotes, or
LRM > Sales > Quotes - (Optional) search and filter results (e.g. Status = Issued)
- Under the Action column, click Edit.
- Click Withdraw Quote
- Click Yes.
