Introducing Event Alerts
Event Alerts provides details of when records were unsuccessfully processed. There is an alert count on the dashboard to highlight any issues. Clicking on the count will take you to the Event Alert records that need your attention.
On Dashboard you will see Event Alerts for:
- USI
- TCSI
- Xero
- Elearning
- Email Messaging
- SMS Messaging
Set Up Event Alerts
As records for TCSI, USI and Messaging are automatically synced in Wisenet, there is no Set Up required from your end for Event Alerts.
When a record appears in Event Alerts, all it requires is your attention to manually resolve the issue. This will usually be due to data validation issues.
NOTE: The Datetime on your Event Alerts Timeline is set to show the timezone of the device you are using to login to LRM. For example, in Melbourne Australia a an Event Alert will show as 11:43 AM and in Auckland New Zealand it will show as 1:43 PM.
