Use these fields when building your Application Form in Wisenet.

When a Learner fills in these fields and submits the Application Form, the corresponding fields in LRM are automatically filled in.

If you want to collect data that does not correspond to any of these fields, create a Custom Form Field and add it to your Application Form.
