Introducing Email Messaging
Wisenet can send email messages in many different contexts whether manually or automatically. Wisenet can also accept inbound email messages. Inbound emails can be saved against any logbook in Wisenet.
You have options to use both inbuilt templates or custom templates. With its multiple filter option you can choose to send email messages individually or in bulk.

Set Up Email Message Templates
Use templates to standardise and streamline your communications.
Configure Email Messaging Notification Settings
Notification settings can only be updated by Portal Administrators in the Wisenet Portal Admin Setting Section.
Send an Email Message
There are different options to send email messages in Wisenet. It can be done via Logbook, uReport or Learncycle. Your sent email messages are saved either against the Client Logbook or the Course Enrolment Logbook.

Receive an Email Message
Wisenet can receive email messages and save them into any Logbook in the LRM.

Event Alerts show when Outbound Emails were unsuccessfully sent, or when Inbound Emails have been received directly into Logbooks.
