Introducing TCSI

TCSI – Tertiary Collection of Student Information (pronounced taxi) is a joint project from the Department of Education (DoE) and the Department of Human Services (DHS) to transform how student information is collected.

Is this applicable to me?

If you are an education/training provider previously reporting data through the HEPCAT system to HEIMS, you must transition to the new TCSI system to collect, review and report data to the department. The TCSI solution has replaced the Higher Education Provider Client Assistance Tool (HEPCAT) for all education providers.

How does the TCSI Integration work?

Once connected the TCSI process automatically syncs your VSL and HE data to TCSI. There are also manual sync options and tools to help you monitor the sync process.
