How To Edit your Wisenet User Account

All Users can easily edit their personal details and change their password if necessary.

To Edit your Personal Details
  1. On the Top Menu Bar, click My Account
  2. In the My Account Details section, type over the details you wish to edit, then click Save

To Change your Password
  1. On the Top Menu Bar click My Account
  2. In the My Account Details section, click Change My Password
    • Enter your old password
    • Enter your new password
    • Enter your new password again
  3. Click Change

Your password will now be changed and you will get a confirmation message.

While as a User you can edit your Personal Account details, if you are a Portal Administrator you will also see a section below your Account Details, with details of your Admin profile(s).

  1. On the Top Menu Bar, click My Account
  2. In the Profile Logos section, next to the relevant profile, click Replace Logo
  3. Navigate to where the logo is stored and select the relevant logo
  4. Resize if required, then click Save – Your new logo will now appear

Important:

Your logo must be less than 3mb and be one of the following file types:

  • .gif
  • .jpg
  • .png
