Social Login on Portal

Social Login lets you use your Microsoft or Google account to access the Portal and all Wisenet apps.

Benefits of Social Login:

  • No need to remember additional passwords
  • Enhanced security with two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Faster, easier access
  • Reduced login failures
  • Centralized password management

Do I need to use Social Login?

Social Login is available to all users.

If your training provider enforces domains, you must use Social Login.

If not, you can choose to use a username and password or set up Social Login.

Manage Social Login in the Portal under My Account > Login Options. You can connect to only one Social Login at a time.

Set Up

  1. Navigate to Portal > My Account and select Login Options
  2. Here you will see available Social Login options:
    • Google
    • Microsoft
  3. If your account has Enforced Domains then there will be a warning advising that you MUST set up Social login with a specific domain
  4. Choose a Social Login and follow the prompts
  5. If you are already logged into a Social account, click on the account to connect. Otherwise you will need to sign in before you can continue.
  6. If connection is successful, you will see a ‘CONNECTED’ status next to the Social Login
  7. You can now log out and log back in using your Social Login credentials

Disconnect from Social Login

  1. Navigate to Portal > My Account
  2. Click on Login Options
  3. Click “Disconnect from [social login name]
  4. Click Ok
  5. You can now set up a new Social Login if you wish

Enforced Domains

Enforced Domains forces users to log into Wisenet using a social login with a specific domain.
