Personal Security

Password restrictions

Different passwords have different restrictions.

Portal password restrictions

Must:

• Be at least 8 characters long
• Contain at least 1 digit
• Contain at least 1 capital letter.

Learner App password restrictions

Must:

• Have a minimum length of 10 characters

• Contain:

  • 1 uppercase letter

  • 1 lowercase letter

  • 1 number

  • 1 special character
