Janison Auto Grade syncing can be done manually or automatically.

Manual Syncing

1. Navigate to LRM > Offers > Elearning Offers
2. Find a Janison course
3. Choose the action “Sync Grades”

The Janison Grade Sync uses the following logic:

• A Wisenet Elearning Course links to a Janison Assessment Event
• Retrieve all the Wisenet Elearning Enrolments for this Wisenet Elearning Course Offer
• Query Janison for all attempts for the linked Assessment Event
• Map matching Wisenet Unit Enrolments with Janison Grade data
• Raise Auto Grade Activities for each record

This then uses the Auto Grade functionality to process the grade.

Automatic Syncing

Turn on Automatic Syncing

1. Navigate to LRM > Settings > LRM
2. Set the Janison Auto Grade toggle to ON.

How it works

A Wisenet Elearning Course links to a Janison Assessment Event.

1. The auto sync runs on a schedule every morning at 4am based on the customers timezone setting
2. Retrieve all attempts for a Janison Assessment Event made in the last 24 hours
3. Retrieve all of the linked Wisenet Elearning Courses
4. Retrieve all of the linked Elearning Enrolments for each Elearning Course
5. Match the Elearning Enrolment to the Janison User.
   1. Janison Student Or Employee Id field matches Wisenet Learner Number field.
   2. The name of this property is configurable per Janison system so it might appear differently in your environment. 
6. Raise an AutoGrade for each matching ElearningEnrolment

This then uses the Auto Grade functionality to process the grade.
