This stage takes the Learner from completing Progression of their current Course Enrolment through to potentially a new Course Enrolment.
The Completion stage is not simply when a Learner finishes a Course but includes certification and explains options on what you can do with a completed record within Wisenet. This allows you to wrap up any loose ends and potentially mark the record for future marketing.

1. Course Enrolment Ends
Depending on the completion type (completion, withdrawal or cancellation) there are different processes and tasks that are required to finalise the enrolment.
Some of these include:
- update enrolment details
- check/update fields
- generate reports
At any stage of the Learner Lifecycle you will have certain administrative tasks to perform, emails to send, documents to sign, records to update. 2. Survey
Learners need to complete a survey that corresponds with the appropriate guidelines on completion of their Course.
This can be achieved through using free integration with Survey Monkey.

3. Certify
After all details have been updated the Learner will require a Credential. These are issued by the organisation.

4. Disable
Mark Learner as Inactive and Disable their Learner App
When the Learner has completed and all administration tasks have been completed their record can be set to inactive and you can disabled their Learner App.
