Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
To help keep your account secure, you will need to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using an authentication app.
Download an authentication app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or another comparable app on your mobile device.
If you are completing these steps on a mobile device, copy and paste the setup URL into your authentication app.
If you are using a computer, open your authentication app on your mobile device and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
Your authentication app will generate a verification code. Enter this code in the required field to complete the MFA setup.
Note: Each time you log in to the Learner App in the future, you will be required to enter your username and password, followed by the verification code from the authenticator app.
