In early 2025 the legacy Learner App will be discontinued and all Learners will be moved to the new Learner App.

Configure your Learner App Settings
You can configure:
- Site branding
- The home page welcome message
- The sections that Learners can see and edit
- The site name and status, and the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use links.

(Optional) Edit the Learner App email templates
There are two email templates for Learner App:
- Learner App Invitation
- Learner App Password Reset
You can adjust the wording on these if you wish.
- Navigate to LRM > Settings > Email Templates (under Configuration)
- Click on the template.
- Make edits.
- Click Save.

Test your Learner App by logging in
You must create a test Learner account to log into the Learner App. You cannot use your Wisenet LRM login. To create a test Learner account:
- Add a new Learner in Wisenet
- Give them an email address that you have access to
- Give the test Learner access to the Learner app
- Send the test Learner a Learner App invitation
- Follow the instructions in the email to log in and see what a Learner would see

Post the Learner App Link on your website
The Learner App URL is found in LRM > Settings > Learner App [NEW] (under App Settings).
We recommend that you post the Learner App URL on your website under a customised button or link. Examples of how you can word the button / link:
