Data Submission statuses

There are three statuses for Data Submissions:

1. Pending Submission (Assessment Submissions only) – submission is waiting on assessment data.
2. Pending Review – submission is waiting to be reviewed by a staff member. Actions may be required depending on your organisation’s processes.
3. Reviewed – submission has been reviewed. No further actions required.

Form Submission statuses

Form Submissions are Application Forms and Contact Forms.

If Auto Merge Learner Details is ON, Form Submissions come into Wisenet as Reviewed.

If Auto Merge Learner Details is OFF and an Application Form Submission creates a new Learner, the status is Reviewed.

In all other cases when Auto Merge Learner Details is OFF, the status is Pending Review. 

After you have reviewed the form and completed any actions, change the status to Reviewed.

If you have no actions when a form is submitted, you can change the status to Reviewed immediately.

Assessment Submission statuses

When an Assessment Submission is requested, the status is Pending Submission.

When an automatic Assessment Submission request receives data from an external provider, e.g. LLN Robot, the status changes to Pending Review.

When a staff member manually adds assessment data to a manual Assessment Submission, we recommend that they change the status to Pending Review.

After you have reviewed the assessment and completed any actions, change the status to Reviewed.

How to update status

1. Navigate to the relevant Data Submissions page:
   • Selected Learner > Data Submissions
   • Selected Course Enrolment > Data Submissions
   • Selected Unit Enrolment > Data Submissions
   • Reports > Data Submissions (shows all data submissions in Wisenet)
2. Click on the relevant Data Submission.
   • A drawer opens.
3. Click the Status dropdown
4. Select a status.

You can change the status to any status at any time, as many times as you want.
