Connect to Open AI to use AI assistance with Wisenet Support Cases.

This is an opt-in feature for Premium customers.

1. Log in to OpenAI
2. Navigate to https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/api-keys
3. Create a new secret key
4. Make sure it is owned by Service Account
5. (Optional) Add a name
6. Select a project
7. Click Create secret key
8. Copy the secret key

1. Navigate to LRM > Settings > Wisenet Marketplace > Open AI
2. Click All to see all apps.
3. On the Open AI card, click Connect.
4. Under the Open AI Details:
   1. Select a model
   2. Enter the secret key
5. Tick the acknowledgement button
6. Click Connect

Check Connection Status

If the Connection Status is:

• Connected Successfully then you have finished.
• Failed to Connect then review the steps above to ensure nothing was missed. If still an issue the please contact Wisenet Support.
