Connect to Open AI to use AI assistance with Wisenet Support Cases.
This is an opt-in feature for Premium customers.

- Navigate to LRM > Settings > Wisenet Marketplace > Open AI
- Click All to see all apps.
- On the Open AI card, click Connect.
- Under the Open AI Details:
- Select a model
- Enter the secret key
- Tick the acknowledgement button
- Click Connect

Check Connection Status
If the Connection Status is:
- Connected Successfully then you have finished.
- Failed to Connect then review the steps above to ensure nothing was missed. If still an issue the please contact Wisenet Support.
