For a successful submission to eCAF all relevant fields in the Course, Course Offer, Learner Profile and Enrolment details needs to be present.
* Update Citizen Resident
If a Learner is New Zealand Citizen or on a Permanent Humanitarian Visa the eCAF submission will have to be completed manually
- Go to Learner Profile Demographics and Action >Edit
- Scroll to section Fee Help Data
- Select relevant option
- Save
